Interior Construction

Nastasi performs all types of interior construction including heavy and light gauge metal framing, wood framing, drywall, ceilings, millwork, and other carpentry items for Core and Shell; Tenant Improvement; New Construction, and Rehabilitation Type Projects.

We service Construction Managers and General Contractors in the Hospitality, Medical, Retail, Institutional, Residential, Transportation, and Educational Industries. Our nucleus of foremen has been with us for many years and our crews consist of quality Union craftsmen including mechanics, framers, trim carpenters, tapers, and EIFS installers.

Maintenance

Nastasi provides a unique type of construction services to Building Owners and Property Managers. These type of services include ceiling and wall repairs, changing/repairing doors and locks, and for special clients, small tenant build-outs including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and interior finish work.
